General CommentsWe wanted someone who knew the country and could recommend where to go. We left it too late to book and wanted to take all the stress out of the organisation. We saw a lot on our holiday and really can’t complain about having missed anything... It was well thought through and gave us all the experiences we had wanted. RichardEverything worked beautifully and when we got back they really wanted to know about our experience and anything that could have been improved. Local staff and service in ArgentinaExcellent. Anna, our Buenos Aires guide was excellent on the first day as were the couriers and guides in Patagonia. Marta was first rate (Puerto Madryn) ChristineExcellent! We popped into see them because of problems we had identifying our flight from Iguazu to Salta. They were charming. Richard The guide was extremely friendly and helpful and went over and above her job description to give us a wonderful day. Claire We really enjoyed both our trips to the Falls and the guide who accompanied us to Brazil, Vilson Wagner, was excellent. We were met at the airport as promised and given information about our trip to the Brazil side the following day. We were also able to book a transfer back to the airport with the driver, which saved us having to think about it towards the end of our stay. Judith |
Holiday Highlights
We enjoyed the Perito Merino glacier most of all. It was a truly awe-inspiring sight... RichardThe single best day of my trip was my visit to the penguin colony in Punto Tumbo... The best location, however, was Iguassu. Claire Easter Island. Always wanted to go, wasn't disappointed. Alun Our trip to the Iguassu Falls was excellent... We really hadn’t expected the sheer scale of the Falls and it was certainly worth seeing them from both sides so thank you for recommending that... The internal flights were on time and hassle-free – what a lovely little airport at Iguassu! Judith Whale watching tour. I have been on whale watching tours in the US and this one was by far the best. Smaller boat and smaller group of people going...and a much better experience with the whales... It was unforgettable.
